Couple of Scythe related questions - Guild Wars Forums

Any help appreciated!

A. Is the Icy Soulbreaker of Enchanting modable (the pre release item)
B. Can you get zealous scythe upgrades or energy upgrades (i suspect its yes but so far not seen any in the small part of Elona i have played)

A. No.
B. The inscription "I have the power!" gives Energy +5, and there is a Zealous Scythe Snathe.
